A refugee girl fleeing violence and war has discovered a book of poems by the famous century poet Rumi 13. The book becomes a magical passage she encounters with young Rumi when she is a refugee fleeing the horrible wars of her day. In a common dream world inhabited by monsters and other threats that represent the dangers they face in their respective journeys, she must help him to write a poem that 800 years later will save her life.
